My products were damaged in transit. What should I do?

All CTC Witney packages are carefully hand wrapped. If you find that you have received damaged goods then please contact CTC Witney the day you receive the delivery. Call us on 0800 197 9490 and we will try to help you.

I did not receive any instructions with my products. What should I do?

If you have not received the instructions for your items then please contact us on 0800 197 9490 or you can contact us via filling the contact us form and we will arrange to either post you instructions or a member of our team will be happy answer any questions that you have.

If am not happy with my purchase from CTC Witney. What can I do?

CTC Witney want all there clients to be happy with our the products and service supplied. If you buy something from CTC Witney and you are not entirely happy you could always ask to have your money refunded subject to the said item/s being unused unopened and in the same new condition as we supplied the product to you. We will also request that you must have your receipt with you when you return the item to us in person. A maximum thirty-day limit applies to this guarantee.
